  • How do I know what plan to buy?
    To determine the best plan for you, please DM us on Instagram or Facebook @the_tutorly, or call/text us at 917-588-4009. We will have a brief consultation to understand your needs and match you with a suitable tutor. You can then choose the plan that best fits your requirements.
  • How do I know how many hours I have left in my plan?
    You can easily track the remaining hours in your plan. After each tutoring session, you will receive an email with the details of the session, including the hours logged and the remaining hours in your plan. If you need an update at any time, feel free to contact us on Instagram @the_tutorly or call/text us at 917-588-4009.
  • What do I do if I need a tutor for different children?
    First, call us and we will decide what needs to be done. If the children are on a similar enough grade level, then you can just have one account, under one name, and just buy one plan. However, if the children are on two completely different grade levels (e.g. one is in 3rd grade and the other in College), then you may have to create two separate accounts and pay for two different plans as the pricing varies for those two grades.
  • How do I sign up to be a tutor?
    To become a tutor, fill out the application form linked in our Instagram bio @the_tutorly. We will review your application and notify you if you are selected and matched with a client.
  • How do I log my hours?
    To log your hours, go to the bottom of the website and click on 'Tutors.' You will see your assigned clients there. Log your hours on the same day you tutored, specifying the number of hours. If you make a mistake, call or text us at 917-588-4009 for adjustments.
  • How often will I get paid and what will be the method of payment?
    Tutors are paid weekly via direct deposit to their bank accounts. Initially, we will use Zelle for payments as we finalize our payment setup.
